Description

The HP OfficeJet Pro 6960 wireless multifunction printer has copier, flatbed scanner with automatic document feeder, colour printing and fax functionality. Included is 6.75cm LCD Screen display an easy to use menu system, so that the user can configure the general functions. The printer can be configured with HP’s HP Eprint management menu system which has a complete suite of tools for network printers. Double sided printing can be activated or utilised automatically at the click of a button

Physical dimensions of the printer are 46.37 x 39 x 22.867 cm and weighs 8.05 kgs.

Connect the HP 6960 through Wireless direct, wireless, ethernet network cable or USB cable The 6960 will print up to 18 pages per minute in up to 4800 x 1200 dpi resolution. Scan using the flatbed scanner equipped with automatic document feeder. Prints from smart phones and tablets using available mobile apps like HP ePrint, Apple AirPrint and Google Cloud print. The standard paper tray has a capacity of 225 sheetsHP advise a duty cycle of up to 20000 pages per month Recommended page volume is between 200 – 800 pages per month. Standard 1 Gb of machine memory is included. The HP OfficeJet Pro 6960 is an EnergyStar compliant product.

HP manufacture two capacities of ink cartridges to suit the OfficeJet Pro 6960. The standard capacity black ink cartridge yields up to 300 pages. The standard colour cartridges print up to 315 pages from each cartridge. The high capacity black ink cartridge has a quoted yield up to 1500 pages and up to 825 pages from each high capacity colour cartridge.

Page yields are dependent upon the coverage and nature of the printed pages. All quoted page yields are declared as per the manufacturers stated yields and with the ISO/IEC standard. Genuine HP ink cartridges are covered by their normal limited consumables warranty.
