Returns Policy
Incorrect Goods
If goods we supply to you are incorrect, we will endeavour to correct the issue immediately. It is important to contact us in the first instance, so we can properly handle the issue quickly. We may require a completed a Return Authorisation request.
Incorrectly ordered goods must be returned in the original packaging unopened and intact.
Goods that have been opened or packaging damaged will be immediately rejected.
Before ordering goods, please ensure it is the correct item required. Goods can be returned, however freight paid on delivery is not refundable.
When opening the package please check that goods are suitable for the purpose they were purchased for. (For example, check the package of a cartridge to make sure the cartridge is the same number, as the existing and so it fits your printer.) If you are unsure, contact us immediately, as sometimes certain cartridges are compatible with several different brands of machine.
When returning incorrectly ordered goods please pack them in appropriate packaging so to protect the article. This will ensure the original packaging is not damaged by stickers, courier handling etc.
It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges to the TonerInk warehouse. It is the also your responsibility for a proof of delivery for goods returned to us. Goods that are shipped freight on or receiver to pay will be rejected.
Return Authorisations are only valid for 14 days.
Incorrect ordered or change of mind purchases returned to TonerInk will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Faulty Goods
May be accepted under certain conditions:
Due to manufacturers warranties and return policies, goods invoiced longer than 3 months old cannot be accepted as a return.
Please contact us first to obtain a Return Authorisation. Returned goods cannot be accepted without TonerInk’s Return Authorisation.
Goods sold on a firm order only basis will not be refunded.
Laser or copier cartridge warranty issues must have sample printed pages from the printer and cartridge in question. There will be no exceptions as we are unable to obtain warranty without these samples.
Most cartridges have to be over a minimum weight before we can accept them for return.
If the product has been refilled or tampered with in any way, the credit will be rejected.
All toner and ink cartridges must be sealed and secured to ensure they do not leak in transit.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have a proof of delivery for goods returned to us. Goods that are shipped freight on or receiver to pay will be rejected.

In the case of ink and toner warranty cartridges: Once we have received the cartridges, we will then evaluate them and contact you to advise the result.
We are sympathetic when it comes to returns and will consider all requests for returns which do not meet these criteria on a case by case basis.
To return goods, follow the procedure below:
Please refer to our Returns Policy (above) before requesting a return authorisation.
Documents clearly identifying the returned goods and purpose should be attached (with a sample of faulty print for laser and copier cartridges)
All incorrectly ordered goods returns must be unopened and in saleable condition otherwise credit may be rejected.
Seal and secure all goods to ensure unbroken arrival without leakage or loss in transit.
A 10% restocking fee will apply to goods being returned where original fault of supply was not with TonerInk.
Faulty product is credited only, and not replaced.
Freight on return goods will not be paid by TonerInk.
