Drum Units transfer the digitally produced image created by a laser printer to the paper media. The image drum is an integral part of a laser printer.
Electrostatically charged toner particles are attracted to the drum cylinder to form the newly created image. The toner particles are then transferred to the page to form the printed image.
Imaging drums are a consumable that is replaced at regular intervals over the life of a laser printer.
