The HP OfficeJet 5740 E All In One multifunction printer has copier, flatbed scanner with automatic document feeder, colour printing and fax functionality. Included is LCD screen display an easy to use menu system, so that the user can configure the general functions.

Physical dimensions of the printer are 24.9 x 49.7 x 49.1 cm and weighs 9.1 kgs.

The standard paper tray has a capacity of 125 sheets and the multipurpose paper tray will hold 25 pages.HP advise a duty cycle of up to 1000 pages per month Recommended page volume is between 300 – 400 pages per month. Standard 128 Mb of machine memory is included. The HP OfficeJet 5740 E All In One is an EnergyStar compliant product.

HP manufacture two capacities of ink cartridges to suit the OfficeJet 5740 E All In One. The standard capacity black ink cartridge yields up to 200 pages. The standard colour cartridges print up to 165 pages from each cartridge. The high capacity black ink cartridge has a quoted yield up to 600 pages and up to 415 pages from each high capacity colour cartridge.

Page yields are dependent upon the coverage and nature of the printed pages. All quoted page yields are declared as per the manufacturers stated yields and with the ISO/IEC standard. Genuine HP ink cartridges are covered by their normal limited consumables warranty.
