The Epson Expression Premium XP-640 multifunction printer has copier, flatbed scanner, colour printing functionality. Included is 2.7″ Colour TFT display an easy to use menu system, so that the user can configure the general functions.

Physical dimensions of the printer are 39 x 33.9 x 14.1 cm and weighs 6.9 kgs.

Connect the Epson XP-640 through Wireless direct, wireless, ethernet network cable or USB cable The XP-640 will print up to 13 pages per minute in up to 5760 x 1440 dpi resolution. Scan using the single sided flatbed scanner. Prints from smart phones and tablets using available mobile apps like Epson Connect, Apple AirPrint and Google Cloud print. The standard paper tray has a capacity of 100 sheets . The Epson Expression Premium XP-640 is an EnergyStar compliant product.

Epson manufacture two capacities of ink cartridges to suit the Expression Premium XP-640. The standard capacity black ink cartridge yields up to 250 pages. The standard colour cartridges print up to 300 pages from each cartridge. The high capacity black ink cartridge has a quoted yield up to 500 pages and up to 650 pages from each high capacity colour cartridge.

Page yields are dependent upon the coverage and nature of the printed pages. All quoted page yields are declared as per the manufacturers stated yields and with the ISO/IEC standard. Genuine Epson ink cartridges are covered by their normal limited consumables warranty.
